Our Pipeline
KeifeRx is advancing second generation kinase inhibitors targeting neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer’s disease (AD), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Parkinson’s disease and dementia (PDD) and frontotemporal dementia. Additionally, KeifeRx is targeting inflammatory diseases, including mast cell activated syndromes (MCAS), Lyme disease, and Urticaria, as well as neuro-inflammatory conditions that are features of neurodegeneration.
